Welcoming and Comfortable

We stayed Saturday to Wednesday, then returned after a stay in Salisbury on Saturday until Monday. Saturday’s in the summer means big parties. It is noisy and the restaurant isn’t available. They do offer dinner in a small room to accommodate those who aren’t part of the party. The room we had the first Saturday was awful, AC didn’t work and no hot water! We asked to be moved, which they were able to do by putting us in a smaller room. The smaller room was very much better. The bed was so luxuriously comfortable. The staff and manager were very friendly and will do whatever they can to make your stay great. The breakfast buffet is good, and they offer a la carte from the menu which I enjoyed omelets most mornings. I would stay here again, but I’d look at the room before settling in. There are wonderful rooms and bad rooms. We were so pleased with the wonderful rooms.

The rooms have been redecorated and are very nice. However the rooms are small, especially the bathrooms. Ours was very small. The hotel has good amenities and the staff was very nice. Overall my stay was good.

I've stayed at the Bromley Court Hotel a number of times now for business. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable with plenty of toiletries and also a good supply of tea, coffee and biscuits.

Outside of London a bit and cars take an hour through neighborhoods to get into central London, but nice historic hotel with great people and good restaurant made this a nice stay.
