There was an issue with the check in, information was not provided in advance and only when we reached the property we had to chase the property manager for access related information. Furthermore, there was a problem with the front door key, which remained unresolved until the end of the stay. The impact was that at one time one of us stayed locked out in the cold weather for for a couple of hours because of the key not working in the lock. Overall unacceptable issues.

Excellent stay
Checking in wasn’t as great as the person was still cleaning the house when we arrived, and left the towels in the dryer (which did not dry) so we didnt have towels to use. Other than that the place and locations was great.
