Wonderful place to stay!! Our greeter helped us inside and took the time to give us a tour of the flat answering any questions we had. We were in a beautiful neighborhood and close to the Underground. Would absolutely stay here again!Thank you Nick!

Stellar location! The property was very comfortable for all of us. Less than a Block to a terrific coffee, shop and close to the tube. Would stay here again for sure! The host, and their team were spectacular!

Great stay from quick and clear communication to cute decor to clean and modern condition of the place to a nice location. I’d stay here again when we return to London.

We had a wonderful stay in this property. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (with adult children). The location is an easy walk to Buckingham Palace and lots of bus or train options nearby as well. The host is very responsive, so even though we were coming from the US the check in was easy (someone met us at the property with keys and instructions), and information was provided electronically as well. The place was very clean and there were plenty of towels and paper supplies. We will come again!

Wonderful Flat

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The flat was a clean and well setup location. Very convenient to the Tube and the restuarants/pubs/stores in Sloane Square. We would stay again.

Great place in Chelsea

Flat was in a great location and was very roomy for our family. Close to underground station and to stores. Easy to get around.

Great Place

The Souterrain Appartement has three bedrooms, two with an individual bathroom and one has the bathroom next door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need-even sharp knives! There is a little terrace to sit outside, too.The walking distance to sloane square underground station is about 8 minutes. There are bus stations right in front the house. Traveling is very easy.The communication with the company was easy, friendly and promptly. Any questions were answered right away. My sister and I traveled with our mom (78) and our sons (13 and 15).We can definitely recommend this place!

Just perfect

This three-bedroom apartment was perfect. Recently remodeled, new furniture, new kitchen, new appliances, very comfortable mattresses, soft sheets. I don't think we could have found anything better than this. The location was also incredible. The bus stop was just across the street, Sloane square subway stop was a 5-minute walk away. Lots of restaurants, ice cream places, and stores close by. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. And lastly, great and easy communication with the owner/manager. Couldn't have asked for a better place.

Walking down the metal steps from the street level, we walked into a beautiful kitchen and living room. Very modern with some very nice touches. Appreciated an assortment of guide books.Pros: Washer and dryer were so convenient to have.3 bathrooms were a huge bonusEverything in the kitchen worked well and it was well stocked.Good storage in the main bedroom.Nice hot water and water pressure.Convenient location to bus stops and the tube. Easy walk to King Street with lots of shops and grocery stores (Whole Foods, Waitrose & Partners, Tesco.Cons:Beds not as described. The king bed in the main bedroom is a US queen. Kind of soft and one side felt like you might roll off.The room with a double bed actually had 2 twins. We were told we could push them together, but then there'd be a crack in the middle. Not what we wanted.The third bedroom was not nice at all. It's very small, dark and had 2 twins. It was extremely noisy with street noise. It's probably fine for two little kids, but not an adult paying for a nice room.The bathrooms were nice but two of them had mold problems. We couldn't figure out how to get the towel warmers to work. I guess the hot water runs through them to heat the towels, but it was hit or miss.For the price, I had hoped for a little better. We met the owner by chance, and he was a really nice guy. He seemed to care about his place and our experience. It needs a little work, and I would not recommend the 3rd bedroom for adults.

Gute Wohnlage, Wohnung im Kellergeschoss. Einkaufen, Restaurants U-Bahn und Bus zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Moderne schöne Wohnung mit Top Ausstattung. Durch die eher zentrale Lage manchmal etwas weniger ruhig.
