Staff are exceptional, so personable and engaging. Phoned up to the room to check and make sure we had settled in okay. In conversation it came up that it’s my birthday this weekend and after I came back from dinner, they had brought up a complimentary dessert and card which was a nice touch. We booked this hotel after missing our flight from Heathrow, and upon explaining that to the front desk they massively helped us by allowing us to check in early. Hotel was great, though the pool and spa aren’t great for kids! Overall, would definitely stay again.
