"I usually don’t write reviews, but our experience at this hotel was so great that I felt I had to share it. London was the last stop of our European trip after visiting three other countries, and because of our schedule, we booked this hotel at the very last minute. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Selin at the front desk, and she was absolutely wonderful — so friendly, kind, and helpful. Since we had two separate reservations, she went out of her way to email her manager, Sophie, to make sure everything was arranged smoothly and that we wouldn’t have to move rooms after our first reservation ended. The next morning, we met Sophie, and she was just as amazing. She personally took care of everything and made sure our stay was comfortable. The location of this hotel is perfect! The staff are incredibly friendly, the bar and restaurant are great, and the cleaning team did a fantastic job keeping our room fresh every day. Having a washer and dishwasher in the suite was a huge bonus after traveling for almost a month! We also arrived during the European heat wave, and the hotel provided plenty of bottled water every day, which was such a thoughtful touch and really appreciated. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! 😊"

"5/5 stars! I stayed at this hotel for 5 days/4 nights during London Climate Week and I was extremely impressed with the hotel and staff. It was clean, organized and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff were unbelievably friendly and organized. The morning breakfast rush was a madhouse but they had plenty of staff cleaning, setting out food, and helping around...it was frankly impressive. The location is excellent - close to many cool neighborhoods and transport lines. If I'm back in the Waterloo area in the future, I will 100% stay here in the future."
