I had an awful stay, the room was noisy, the heater was broken and kept blowing out cold air. I had no sleep, when I tried to rest in the spa it was full of families even though I'd booked a place in advance. I complained to the hotel and had no response. They were clearly over booked and Expedia needed to make me aware that it would be full of families with no space to relax and work.

Fabulous hotel. Amazing location....we walked to Big Ben. Loved the lighting and the smell of the concierge....Amazing! Extremely comfortable beds. Lovely rooms. Amazing food. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
