Host canceled after check in

Zero communication from host after numerous attempts to contact. Had to turn to VRBO customer support for assistance. Host canceled our booking due to apparent plumbing issue leaving us with no place to stay. I would avoid this host.

4/5 – Wunderschönes Apartment, Kommunikation mit StartschwierigkeitenDas Apartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, ideal für eine Städtereise.Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war zunächst etwas schwierig – die Check-in-Daten haben wir erst recht kurzfristig erhalten. Nach der ersten Kontaktaufnahme verlief der Austausch jedoch sehr freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig.Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit nur kleinen Schwächen im Vorfeld. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen – klare Empfehlung!
