2/10 Terrible

- car park is a 5-8 minute walk away. Try doing that late at night with tired children
- swimming is next door not in same building. It’s part of a public gym. Kids get one lane to swim in in certain times. There’s are no loungers or anything to relax on when kids swimming, it’s not a normal hotel pool. Imagine doing that in the cold - after swim you have to go back outside and walk across to the hotel
- breakfast is horrible - couldn’t even make toast, hash browns nearly broke my teeth, eggs mushy mess
- staff are incompetent. My son knocked over a water bottle in the room (they are all glass) just as we were going out and there was broken glass everywhere. I called down and they said someone will come and clean it.
We came home at 11:30pm to find that the smashed glass was not cleaned and there were shards everywhere. We had to move rooms at midnight. Kids tired and crying. In the hurry to pack up and leave, items were forgotten in the previous room.
As a single mums, I worked very hard to save and take my kids on this mini break and it was horrible. Never again.
