so little effort

Great location, but to many things should be better. lights don't work, code was wrong, no soaps, paper towels or any amenities. a little effort and this place would be nice.

I dont like saying things unless they are nice but since this property didn’t have any reviews before I booked it, being honest seemed appropriate. The check in instructions are weak, no wifi password, confusing and so much so that the guest staying with same host upstairs couldn’t figure out he was on the wrong floor and woke me up at 1am repeatedly trying to enter in the door code to the wrong apartment (I can only assume he had poor arrival information as well). There were 4 towels for 5 of us for 8 days-took 2 days to get more. There was no shower gel, shampoo, etc (despite listing saying there was). There was no blow dryer (also took two days to get with an american plug-so not helpful). It was dirty. The fridge was not cleaned, it was NASTY. There were no pots or pans (8 days with 3 kids)-host said he only provides a place to eat, not pans. Although someone eventually did bring pans with blow dryer and extra towels and bedding. On top of random lost guy trying to get in at 1am (terrifying), someone actually DID walk into the flat WITH a door code (turns out our door code worked for flat upstairs too-my kids checked). There are not mattress pads on the beds-ewww. The fuse blew, it took a day to get plugs working again (which was rough since it was where all my kids were homeschooling). It was pretty awful but I didnt want to pack up and move my kids. No TV. The location is amazing but I wouldn’t stay here again.
