Situated on the 24th floor of the 26-floor building, this home features a balcony complete with breathtaking views of the high rises of Canary Wharf.

Balfron Tower also provides residents with exclusive amenities like a rooftop garden, cinema room, yoga studio, and shared workspaces.

Accommodating up to six guests, the apartment showcases a contemporary design with elegant furnishings and high-end finishes. The light, bright living room features a sofa, armchair, coffee table and dining table with room for four, as well as a TV. Step through the sliding glass door to access the balcony, where the views of Canary Wharf and the Thames await.

Overall this is a nice apartment with good features. Having three bedrooms made it great for our family of 4. There was a challenge with our check-in, and we almost had to be relocated because they couldn’t access the keys to the apartment. Ultimately they were accessed and we could get in. There was then a minor issue with the shower head spraying water from one of the connections, we realized we could tighten it and that was fixed. The kitchen also had a lingering smell we couldn’t identify or fix ourselves so that was a minor challenge (maybe from the sink or dishwasher?). The location is a bit far from major London attractions, but there were two DLR stops not far. Overall, it was a comfortable apartment and met ours needs.
