Not at all what was expected

Property was not ready; towels were drying on the couch upon arrival. Many broken features including couch in the living room, a screw in the shower to adjust water temperature, a bed substantially higher at the foot than the head (we would have been upside-down); mattresses with springs showing through. Paper shades in the bedroom without a mechanism to raise … desperately needs interior work to fix doors and trim work. Very sad flat - amazing the money being charged. Fantastic location and very helpful concierge.
