Reasonable Accommodation

The room was comfortable and the staff were pleasant. The welcome drink was very nice. The A/C unit in my room had a terrible rattle. Some general advice : When I departed I asked for details on the airport bus to be told it was cancelled today. When I asked why I was told it was just closed. This happens in some places as you're then 'helped' with a much more expensive taxi ride. I ignored the receptionists advice, walked less than 10 minutes and there was an airport bus waiting at the bus stop. The bus was a good service. It's nice to know your options.

Comfortable, great location but bathroom smelled

My sister and I stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The location was very good. You can walk to restaurants and the beach. The swimming pool is small and the pool area is fine but nothing special. The only thing we didn't like was that the bathroom drain smelled bad. I would recommend this place if you spend most of the time out and use this as somewhere to stay.

perfect spot

we booked for 3 nights and extended to 4 as needed another night before moving on. It is situated in the centre and is clean, tidy, friendly and great value for money. Only compalint would be the mosque waking me but that's not the hotels fault.

Hidden Oasis

a lovely oasis in the town, this small friendly hotel is tucked away off the street down a small alley it is well signed to help you find it, but once you enter through the gates into the court yard you could be anywhere. The gardens are beautifully planted and maintained, the rooms are set around a small swimming pool, each with outdoor seating area and table. there is a small restaurant and dining tables dotted throughout so you can take breakfast by the pool or close to your room if you prefer. Breakfast was included and choices provided. We had a deluxe room, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, in fact these pillows were the best I have experienced in any hotel anywhere! the room was clean, great air-con and en-suite with hot shower. the staff were helpful and friendly, spoke great english. we really enjoyed our stay here a lovely little hotel and would definitely go back. it is situated close to the mosque and call to prayer can be heard but for us we were never awoken by it

Nice hotel off the main road

Off the main road, but within walking distance to beach and shops. There are signs to point you in the right direction once you are on Jl. Arjuna. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the check in process was very easy and I thoroughly enjoyed my welcome drink. The room was comfortable with a big bed, working air con, great wifi, and a TV. Bathroom was average. Breakfast was great, and there are plenty of options to order if you want a larger meal. Tip: print out reservation or write down address to provide to taxi driver, carry a torch.

Pleasant stay at Lombok Senggigi hotel

Lombok Senggigi hotel is a very pleasant, newly opened little boutique hotel located close to the centre of Senggigi and Senggigi beach. I had a nicely furnished room, the staff are very friendly, I enjoyed my two night stay and hope to return.

Stayed for 5 days. Had a wonderful time as the staff are super friendly. The room is small but since i dont need to run around, nor i hv little kids who need space to run, its totally fine with me.the hotel is about 300m from the main road. Could be an issue for lady travellers but i found that Lombok people are very charming so it wasnt an issue for me.

Nice, clean hotel - good mid range option

Stayed for one night with three friends. Our rooms were clean, the staff friendly and nice breakfast although you have to pay for add ons, not much though. Good midrange option, one downside is location - slightly hard to find and as with most places in Senggigi you will be woken up at 4am by the local mosque (not the hotel's fault I suppose!). One tip though if you are going for a short taxi journey better to go and hail one from the street than get the hotel staff to call one for you as it is a 20,000IDR flat fee for a hotel call out, our journey would have only cost 10,000IDR.

New and Clean with 4am wake up call!!!

This a basic accommodation in a new hotel. It is a 30 meter walk from the road to the hotel down a small pathway through local houses. Very close to a mosque so expect a wake up call at 4am.

Great new hotel in Senggigi

New hotel but our stay was great, you could barely tell they just opened. Rooms were super clean, pool and breakfast were a nice extra and there's the most amazing little bakso (soup) place right at the end of the alley at Senggigi Road that kept us well fed! Would stay again for sure

We only stay for half a day before heading to night trekking at Rinjani. The staffs are friendly and helpful, the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, and the room is clean. It is located near to main street and all the restaurants, travel agents and convenience stires. We like the place and wish we can stay longer!

Personal lungert den ganzen Tag an der Rezeption herum und spielt mit dem Smartphone anstatt sich um Zimmer und Gäste zu kümmern. Wir haben 1 Woche gebucht und sind am 2 Tag vorzeitig abgereist. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt ( der Dreck von den Gästen vor uns war noch zu sehen) Die Toiletten stark verschmutzt durch Kot und Urin. Der Fernseher nicht funktionstüchtig. Klimaanlage extrem laut.
