Absolutely stunning property, facilities and rooms. Service was excellent, staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. It was an incredible oasis in a very convenient location. We highly recommend a stay at this resort.

This was our first time traveling in Indonesia and the staff at Batatu Resort were incredibly helpful in answering all our questions and setting us up with transportation, recommendations, and helping us navigate the area. They went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed with personal chats as we came and went - always filled with humor and warmth!! Delicious menu available for prompt and courteous room service, beautiful mature gardens on the ground, definitely more quiet than staying in Kuta proper, but good to realize resort is in a neighborhood though the grounds are secluded and private feeling! Highly recommend the private pool villa! We will stay here again 🌺🙏

It was a bit of a shock when driving from the main road to the property - at first it appeared to be in the middle of nowhere and seemed unsafe. We arrived at the property and were welcomed by really lovely staff, checked in and walked past reception and wow what an oasis - it was just like the photos - absolutely beautiful. There is nowhere around the villa to eat but there is a restaurant on site where you can order food anytime between 7am-10pm and there is transport available for a small fee to take you into the main area of Kuta where there are many places to eat if you do not want to hire scooters. Overall this place, the facilities and the staff were wonderful - I would definitely stay here again.

This is a unique and well-maintained property. The length of the main pool is greater than expected and extremely clean. The selection of minibar items is reasonably priced compared to many other resorts, allowing guests to enjoy themselves without worrying about excessive costs and making their stay more relaxed and enjoyable.

Amazing resort with beautiful rooms, such helpful and friendly staff, and good food. Spacious outdoor bath and shower, private (and a huge gorgeous shared pool). Everything you need is catered for. Convenient location - 5min by scooter from Kuta conter and a choice of surf beaches to explore nearby. Highly recommend this place.

Situated just outside Kuta within easy reach of all surrounding beaches. The villas are scrupulously clean and chic and the private pool is so refreshing. The larger shared pool is huge and very quiet! The staff though really make this resort 4 star...they are so courteous, helpful and friendly, we can't praise them enough. The food too is really good standard at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this villa stay and we will definitely return.

It is very cozy and such a relaxing villa to stay in. The place is gorgeous. The staff are very friendly, efficient, and more than happy to help you with anything. Situated across from the Mandalika motorcycle circuit. It is accessible and easy to find via Google Maps, although the lane leading towards the resort is still in process of being built, it could get very muddy during the rainy season. About half an hour's journey from the airport. 10/10 would recommend and definitely warrants a next visit.

very value for money considering we got a large villa with private pool, living area and kitchen to ourselves. beautiful premises and we had a great stay during our 4 nights. Nardi and his colleagues took very good care of us and helped us with our food, transport and laundry needs, especially after coming down from Rinjani with a bunch of wet clothes. slightly out of the way from the main Kuta area so renting a scooter would be a great transport option. otherwise we relied on the valet service that the resort provided, which was rather reasonably priced

The staff were amazing. They treated us like we were in a 5 star resort almost unbelievable. The gave us free coconuts, free rides to Kuta Town and they were really helpful with any of our requests. This just made our stay much more amazing. And let's not forget the actual villa itself.. WOW! Private pool, the bathroom was amazing.. The whole place was truly beautiful instagrammable beauty..

If I could live here, without a doubt I would! The property is in a relatively secluded area with extremely friendly locals always close by. The villa itself is something to be admired, the place is better than in the pictures! The stone and woodwork are flawless and everywhere you go has the perfect amount of desired lighting to highlight whichever area you want. The staff are some of the best I’ve ever had during my travels and their helpfulness and generosity shouldn’t ever go unnoticed. They are very attentive to when you come and go and make sure the villa is spotless and the Bintang is restocked for when you return. They were also kind enough to provide a rental scooter to us that was a huge factor on how much we were able to explore during our stay. The breakfast there is simple and delicious and they are always very communicative about when and what you would like to have. All in all, I will be returning here and highly recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Lombok. Thanks! Dan

We had an AMAZING stay at Batatu Villa and we cannot recommend it enough!! The property and our villa were beautifully maintained. Our villa was VERY spacious, the pool and patio area were private and very clean. We LOVED the outdoor area with the bathtub and shower... very private and a wonderful feature that added an inviting element with nature. The management provided our choice of breakfast to our outdoor dining room every morning at our time request. They even replenished our water daily. The room did include a safe but we did not feel any need to use it, the facility has video surveillance overlooking the entrance and staff monitoring at all times. We arranged scooter rentals through the villa and were even able to get a ride from the airport to the villa as well as a ride to Senggigi after our stay. Overall the staff were very friendly, welcoming and the most helpful. The property was beautiful and we loved that it was a few minutes away from the town of Kuta and out of the chaos. Highly recommend and we cannot wait to return!! Thank you for everything!!

Great stay in Kuta, Lombok

We had a lovely stay at Batatu Villas. Every request was met by the attentive team and we felt very comfortable during our stay. A bike and car canbe rented through the property and complimentary lifts are offered to the nearby town of Kuta. The design of the villas is excellent with your own private pool and bathroom in the garden out back. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Lombok. Thanks again!

Chambre sans aucune vue dehors

Chambre confortable mais très déçu par cette chambre sans aucune vue dehors. Les autres chambres ont l’air beaucoup mieux. Il n’est même possible de voir le temps qu’il fait dehors. La chambre n’est pas nettoyée, il faut envoyer un message pour cela, idem pour changer les tasses, pour les serviettes, un concept qui peut fonctionner mais auxquels non n’avons pas adhéré. Le personnel est adorable. Le coin piscine très sympa et la piscine très grande.
