Navitie House lies at the foot of Navitie Hill just outside the small town of Ballingry. The apartment comprises of the entire ground floor of this large Georgian house.  This spacious apartment has 3 good sized bedrooms(all with TVs) and 2 bathrooms.(one with a sauna) Additionally there is a kitchen with washing machine ,dishwasher and cooking facilities and a sunroom with pool table. There is a large sofabed in the living room which can be available on request.

There is also a good sized outdoor garden surrounded by many trees and bushes. As well as anbundance of birds and wildlife...many shickens and doves live here.



Located just 1 mile from Loch Leven bird reserve and 3 miles from Lochore Meadows
