Wonderful Villa Near the Sea

Home

The villa has spacious terraces with beautiful pine trees and porches (500m2). The house has 4 double bedrooms with two bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a spacious living room (the second floor is not rented, but is empty, no one will bother them).
Despite being a typical Mallorcan summer it is completely renovated inside, thereby combining tradition and modernity, charm and design; offering a fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for your next vacation home.

Environment

The villa is located in an exclusive residential area close to the sea (2 min walk) and you can choose between different bays and jetties where you can swim, snorkel in crystal clear waters or just sunbathing.

We recommend travel by car, although there is public transport very near the house that links directly to Palma.
El Arenal is located only 5 min drive if you want to enjoy great beaches. If you prefer to spend a day shopping can in just 20 min to get to Palma and then return to rest.

We enjoyed a great stay here! Plenty of room for six of us. Lovely neighborhood. Pretty view of the ocean across the street. Close enough to airport and stores nearby (within short drive). Check in and overall property instructions were ok. I’m used to VRBO’s having an instruction manual and there were a few little things that came up. The owner greeted us, which was great, super nice but questions come up and there’s nothing to refer to (like where do we empty garbage). The owner lives above the main house and instructions were to be quiet after 10pm which is totally understandable but we didn’t know this ahead of time and felt like we had to whisper after 10pm. When you have family that flew in from different locations and wanted to enjoy each other, that felt limiting. The front gate had a key we needed to use which was hard to open. But overall, it was comfortable, safe, good location.

Die Lage war gut, nahe am Strand und sehr ruhig! Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war gross, schön und gemütlich und auch der Aussenbereich war top. Einzig negativer Aspekt war, dass der Wasserhahn im kleineren Badezimmer sehr sorgfältig betätigt werden musste, damit das Wasser nach Gebrauch wirklich abgestellt war, dass im grösseren Badezimmer der Abfluss verstopft war und der in der Küche ausgelaufen war. Letztere beiden Dinge haben wir geflickt, weil es abends passiert war. Die Gastgeber waren aber am nächsten Morgen zur Stelle, als wir das Problem meldeten. Das Bett im grösseren Schlafzimmer war etwas „durchgelegen“. Wenn man im Kauf nimmt, dass nicht mehr alles auf dem neuesten Stand ist, kann man den Aufenthalt wunderbar geniessen.

Wunderbare Lage

Wir waren 4 Tage Ende September in dem sehr schön sauberen und modern eingerichteten Haus. Die Terrasse im Schatten lädt zum Frühstück im Freien ein. Auch sind die kurzen Wege nach Palma 20 Min. , dem Ballermann 5 Min. und dem Mhares Beach Club 5 Min. sehr attraktiv.

Excelente, muy bonita y acojedora la casa!!

Fuimos un grupo de 8 chicas y fue un fin de semana excelente, la casa es increible, está super bien distribuida, las 4 habitaciones son ideales todas ellas, se nota el tiempo, el esmero y el buen gusto en cudar cada rincón. La parte del jardín es preciosa, hay dos espacios, uno con una mesa grande con sillas para poder comer, desayunar, etc y otro con sofás y sillones más tipo chill out, en el que después de un día de playa y antes de prepararte para la noche te apetece poder tomar una copa y charlar tranquilamente! Nos llevamos un muy buen recuerdo de Mallorca sobretodo gracias a esta Casa donde a día de hoy seguimos acordándonos de los buenos momentos, risas, charlas que pudimos comapritr todas juntas. Sin duda, repetiríamos!! Gracias Germán por ser tan amable y por habernos dejado compartir estos días en vuestra casa!! Hasta pronto!!

Sehr schönes, modernes und ruhiges Haus. Die Ausstattung der Küche war großartig, die zwei Bäder und die Schlafzimmer modern und sauber! Viel Platz auf der Terrasse. Das Meer ist in 2min erreichbar und bietet ein tolles Panorama!! 👍👍👍

Einfach perfekt 👍😁

Das Haus liegt einfach nur super. Nicht unweit vom Ballermann aber weit genug entfernt damit alles schön ruhig ist. Man hat von der vorderen Terasse einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Ungefähr 3 Minuten läuft man and Meer. Sehr gerne wieder 👍
