Cozy and practical house with private pool in Bahia Grande, Llucmajor: near Maioris and Sa Torre. It has 3 bedrooms for 6 people, 3 bathrooms (1 in suite). Airconditioning. In price are 300kw included. Extra-Electricity will be charged with 0.30€/kw. The counter will be read on check in day and check out day. It has a spacious open kitchen with dining area and a large living room that overlooks the pool, BBQ area and gardens. This charming and spacious home is located in the quiet residential area of Bahía Grande belonging to Llucmajor area in the south coast of Mallorca, it has beautiful beaches and golf courses. Bahía Grande includes a swimming area formed by rocks and pallets, which is usually used assiduously by the residents, built on the upper base of a vertical and high (100 meters above sea level) cliff. It is a very quiet ride and outstanding views. Being an area highly demanded for its tranquility, ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Tolles Ferienhaus mit ebenso tollem Pool
Die ganze Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt.
Allerdings muss man wissen: Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nicht sehr üppig, falls jemand wie wir als Großfamilie anreist und ständig kocht.
Außerdem hatten wir eine richtige Ameisenplage welches aber im Süden oft vorkommt und ich denke dem Vermieter nicht negativ angerechntet werden kann.
Die Nähe zum Ballermann ist für Feierlustige zu erwähnen.
Schöne Badestrände hingegen müssen mit dem Auto angefahren werden. Minimale Fahrzeit ist hier 20 Minuten.

The house was perfect. We found all the things we need to spend an excellent journey. The swimingpool was very nice and also the barbecue. The agency was also very helpfull and answered to all our questions.

Wunderbares Haus, besonders für Familien
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Es ist besonders für Familien mit Kindern zu empfehlen. In dem Gartenhäuschen wurde ein wahres Spieleparadies für Kinder eingerichtet mit ausreichend Spielzeug, darunter Brettspiele und Kaufladenequipment, Autos etc.
Die Umgebung ist eine reine Wohngegend und daher recht ruhig. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einen BeachClub und zwei bis drei kleinere Lokale (Versuchen Sie auch El Tantalo). Es ist für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel etwas zu finden. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Supermarkt, für den nächst größeren muss man aber ein kurzes Stück mit dem Auto fahren.
Das Haus war äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Zwei von drei Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Das dritte Schlafzimmer leider nur über einen Ventilator, aber uns hat das nicht besonders gestört. Das Treppenhaus ist mit einer zusätzlichen Tür "gesichert", was besonders für Kleinkinder wichtig ist.
In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht um gut kochen zu können. Die Elektrogeräte sind recht neu (auch Waschmaschine und Trockner). In der Küche gibt es sogar eine Playstation mit einer guten Auswahl an Spielen. Der Urlaub für die Kinder ist also gesichert.
Für echte Radfahrfans gibt es auch einen Hometrainer. Da kann man nach dem Training noch runterkommen.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher, der wirklich alle deutschen Programme zu bieten hat. Der Raum ist auch klimatisiert.
Ein Babybett war vorhanden und auch ein Hochstuhl. Es hat uns also an nichts gefehlt.
Das Haus verfügt über einen Hof, in dem man sein Auto gesichert parken kann.
Der Pool ist sehr sauber und auch ausreichend groß. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Im Garten befindet sich auch noch ein Holzkohlegrill, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Das Haus bietet wirklich sehr viel Platz und kann auch große Familien gut unterbringen.
Lediglich der Weg zu den großen Mülltonnen ist etwas weit. Man muss ein paar Straßen laufen um seinen Müll entsorgen zu können. Für deutsche Urlauber etwas ungewohnt.
Erwähnenswert ist, dass, wenn man auf einen Strand mit Liegen wert legt, von hier etwas weiter fahren muss. Es Trenc ist leider nicht mehr bewirtschaftet, sondern Naturstrand. Wir können Cala Santanyi empfehlen.
Der Vermieterservice war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Kaution wurde problemlos rückerstattet. Es gab keine Probleme. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Todo muy bien, la casa impecable, la pileta también. El único detalle es la escalera que no es cómoda por su diseño compensado. Todo funciona y nos sentimos muy cómodos.
