The villa is located in Canyelles, a quiet, private residential area with a soft sandy beach. Canyelles beach is less than 10' walk from the villa. The villa was completely renovated in 2024 for your comfort.

Offering pool views, the Beachfront villa offers accommodation with a garden, a pool terrace overlooking the sea with an outdoor dining area, as well as an upper terrace overlooking the sea for unforgettable evenings.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, 4 bathrooms with shower. A house with a view

We are a three-generation-family who stayed in the house in the beginning of July. We all loved it. The house is beautifully designed, very spacious and has a stunning view.The surrounding area is quiet. It was easy to get in touch with the owner.

Modern new villa with awesome sea view!

We had a really great stay.The villa is super modern, in a quiet residential area on the coast. The house is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay (large kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 terrasses, AC in every room, ...).The large glass windows are quite impressive: you have spectacular sea views from almost everywhere inside the house. Also, we've enjoyed natural light from morning till dawn. The pool area is spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing throughout the day. The beach at Canyelles is less than a 10-minute walk away, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.Communication with the hosts was smooth and very helpful. We'll be back, in summer. Recommended.

En bord de mer, vue extraordinaire. Plage a deux pas, grande piscine.

Très belle villa située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. La maison est neuve, très bien entretenue et propre, parfaitement équipée. L’environnement est paisible, sans nuisances sonores, ce qui permet un séjour très reposant.La piscine est agréable. L’accès à la plage de Canyelles se fait facilement à pied en quelques minutes, ce qui est très pratique.Les propriétaires ont été sympathiques et a l'écoute. A recommander, sans hésitation.

Vue incroyable ! Mer juste en face, plage a deux pas!

Vue incroyable ! Mer juste en face, on la voit depuis la piscine, les terrasses et quasiment toutes les pièces de la maison. On a passé notre temps entre la terrasse et la plage — vraiment parfait.La maison est super agréable, bien agencée et lumineuse. Tout est neuf, on s’est sentis très bien. La plage est vraiment à deux pas, hyper pratique pour y aller à tout moment.Piscine nickel, transats, table dehors, barbecue. Les hôtes sont super sympas, réactifs et à l’écoute.Bref, super séjour, merci beaucoup!
