Apartment 'Bogues' with Mountain View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi
Fantastic accommodation in La Montgoda, Lloret de Mar.
Only 5 minutes from the center and the beach, in a very quiet and residential area, ideal for relaxing.
The house is divided into two independent rooms:
The first has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchenette.
The second is a cozy loft with double bed, sofa bed, integrated kitchen and living room. Perfect for families or groups of friends.
Outside you will find a large porch to enjoy the sunset, a large terrace with private pool and a barbecue for outdoor meals.
There is parking space inside the property and easy parking on the street.
Guests have free access to the communal facilities, which include:
Tennis, handball and squash courts.
A 25-meter swimming pool
Dogs are welcome. Vacations also for them.
IMPORTANT: The house is located in a very quiet area. No noise or parties are allowed. It is a space designed for those seeking relaxation, nature and rest.
I myself will welcome guests on arrival and will be available throughout the stay by phone or per message.
At the time of check-in you must pay the tourist tax (children under 16 years old are exempt).
