Simple house located in a very quiet residential area just 7 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. Ideal house to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Outdoor area of 500 m2 with private garden, porch, barbecue and terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun. At the back there is a small studio for the person who takes care of the garden, where they are occasionally present.

Interior area of 130 m2 divided into 2 floors: on the ground floor we find the living room-dining room (fireplace, TV) with access to the terrace, a separate kitchen (microwave, gas hobs, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine), 1 double bedroom and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there are 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Young people not accepted.

This property is only for families. No bookings for young people under 35 are accepted.

Pets upon request and with a supplement.

Bus stop to go to the centre of Lloret in front of the house.

Nettes Haus mit kleinen Maengeln

Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vor allem die Terrasse und die nette Sitzecke beim Grill. Lage nett und prinzipiell ruhig - waeren da nicht die Nachbarshunde, die die ganze Nacht bellen und jaulen. Die Tuer des oberen Bades haben wir nicht mehr ganz geschlossen, nachdem wir sie nach dem ersten Versuch kaum noch aufbekamen. Messer und Kartoffelschaeler koennten mal erneuert werden, da sehr stumpf. Abgesehen davon ist das Haus empfehlenswert und wir haben uns wohlgefuehlt.
