Room was extremely small for the size of the property.. Bathroom was even smaller…Bar area only had bottles and spirits.. Location is ideal… SNOOZE a much better place to stay.. Breakfast was OK had full English, half a mushroom… Plenty of tea though.

Friendly owners who gave a warm welcome. Beautiful hotel with lovely decor. Very comfortable bed although the room was very small. Unfortunately our room was next to the boiler which we could hear switching on and off all night long. Breakfast was delicious with excellent service. Bonus having onsite parking. Overall a good place to stay.

The hotel was lovely, especially the breakfast room. The breakfast was very nice indeed and delivered quickly. The staff were very friendly. Very handy for the sea front and town centre with a car park on site. Will definitely stay again some time.

Lovely hotel which we would definitely stay at again if going to Llandudno. Excellent breakfast served between 8.30-9.30 with wide ranging choice. Within easy walking distance of restaurants & sea front. Free parking is very useful. Lovely small bedroom, although bed was a little on short side for anyone 6 foot. All other rooms beautifully furnished. Staff were amazing. Internet access very good. One of best hotels we have stayed at which is high praise.

Really considerate and kind staff. Happy to answer questions and Knowledgeable about the area. Room was beautiful, we took our shoes off as the carpet was pristine! Really clean and spacious. Beds were twins and wider than average. Shower was lovely and easy to get ambiant temperature. Plenty of tea/coffeee, biscuits and bottled water.

B and B at its best.

We had a wonderful welcome from Dan and she even carried our very heavy bags upstairs for us. Our room was clean and comfortable and the overall decor of the hotel was beautiful. The food was delicious and the breakfast service excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for Dan and Wei. The hotel was a lovely place to return to at the end of a busy day.
