Located in a small residential complex, close to the sea. It has a covered terrace with views, perfect for enjoying a break with family or friends. Located in a quiet area 800 metres from the beach and 700 metres from the town and the shops.
The apartment has an open-plan area where there is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and tableware. The lounge-dining room has a table, chairs, chaise longue sofa and TV, and leads to the outside balcony. Air conditioning.

Family atmosphere. Behind the beach is the GI-612 road which goes to El Port de la Selva. The coastal path also passes through here, along a section which isn’t very busy and takes us to dozens of small quiet coves and beaches. Most of them are not sandy but stony beaches of dark-coloured rock, very characteristic of the area.
