Bright apartment in residencial complex with garden and swimming pool, located 600 meters away from the Port beach and 400 meters away from the Main Square in Llançà. It has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and another one with bunk beds and a single bed), living-dining room with sofa-bed, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Amenities: oven, microwave, washing machine, dischwasher, TV and wifi. There are air conditioning in the living-room and fans in the [hidden] beautiful communal area with lawn and the large swimming pool opened from june to september, can be seen right from the terrace with an anwing. It has parking space in the communal garage. The apartment is a great holiday accomodation for a family or a grouop of friends, since it has all the necessary amenities and free access to enjoy the communal pool. In addition, its location is very nice since it is close to both the old quarter and the Port area in Llançà. [hidden]
