Apartment remakes completely to nine in June 2016 with all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay with family or friends.

- 1 bedroom with storage space and a pool view.
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds for 2 people.

- A bathroom with tub, sink and toilet suspended.
- Balcony with side table outside for lunch or an aperitif.

The apartment has been completely redone in June. It is air conditioned and has plenty of storage to enhance your stay.

The building has a beautiful swimming pool along with a 25m solarium sunny to rinse after a bath in the sea! there is also outdoor parking for the tenants of the building.

Llançà is a village of Catalan fishermen, between Cadaques and the French border which has preserved its original charm. There are many activities to do in and around Llançà (water sports, diving and fishing, mountain, gastronomy, sports, culture etc.).

Premier séjour à Llança, et nous sommes ravies. Le cadre est beau. La résidence est superbe avec sa grande piscine et sa vue sur les Pyrénées et la mer. Et le logement est fonctionnel, bien situé et agréable.

Appartement dans résidence bien placé géographiquement. Parc bien entretenu. Superbe grande piscine avec vue sur mer. (Env 9.5x25m - profondeur maxi env 4m. Personne faisant 1.60m a pied sur 1/4 de sa longueur.) Certes, l'appartement a été rénové et sa configuration est pratique, bien agencé mais.... Pourquoi ne pas mettre une porte coulissante à la chambre des enfants ? Grand volet à remplacer. Impossible de l'ouvrir, ne peut être que fermé. Donc il a été impossible de profiter du balcon, de la vue sur le parc/piscine, avoir de la clarté ! Il avait été réparé ?? Petit volet de la salle bain ne tient pas ouvert. Cuisine, chambre parents, salle de bain et salon agréable.

Appartement de Victorien Nory
Petit appartement fonctionnel agréable à vivre. Il manque cependant un aspirateur pour les tapis et des saladiers. La piscine est très appréciable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous avons apprécié l'environnement de très nombreuses randonnées. Une promenade aménagée tout le long de la côte du port de Llança au port de la selva 10 km loin des voitures et chemins pour rejoindre les plages en cette saison de juin c'est parfait les touristes ne sont pas envahissant.

Le logement est correct mais l’entretien courant doit impérativement être fait, store cassé dans la pièce principale, lit principal pied cassé, vaisselle à remplacer, cuvette des toilettes hs, une fuite d’eau chez les voisins du dessous… bref des petits désagréments que l’on ne cherche pas à avoir en vacances.

Bien installés, mais il faudrait mettre un aspirateur, une petite poêle, et un saladier. La piscine est très agréable, nous avons pu en profiter. Monsieur Nory est une personne très à l’écoute et disponible au téléphone, il nous rappelle sans souci. Très bon sejour

Tout d'abord aucune communication avec le propriétaire. Pas de réponses aux questions posées. Ni de retour sur l'état des lieux . Donne un numéro soit disant sur WhatsApp maisje ne l'ai pas trouvé. Le logement est très mal insonorisé. En gros vous êtes dans la chambre mais c'est comme si vous étiez dans le salon des voisins. Les portes des chambres ne ferment pas car les lits pas adaptés aux pièces peut être mettre des portes coulissantes ? La porte de la salle de bain. Pas de système de poignée et donc de fermeture. Des tapis dans l'appartement mais pas d'aspirateur pour le nettoyage. Le système du volet qui a déjà été signalé à plusieurs reprises tjrs pas réparé. Matelas pas très propre Je ne le recommande pas

Fewo: Komplett inakzeptabel wenn Probleme auftreten. In unserem Fall hat der eigentliche Vermieter auf Kontaktaufnahme nicht reagiert (ist Bettwäsche vorhanden, ...). Drei Tage vorher meinte Fewo (wir waren bereits verreist): Ihr Vermieter hat ihnen mitgeteilt, wie sie in die Wohnung kommen - hatte er nicht. Wir Kontaktierten ihn über alle Kanäle. Einen Tag vorher meinte Fewo (keine Antwort vom Vermieter): Fahrt halt hin, und wenn ihr vor verschlossenen Türen steht ruft uns noch mal an. Wir fuhren hin und ... 5 bStunden vor Ankunft ereilte uns die Mail des Vermieters mit "wer wie was". Diese Auskunft war nochmals derart rätselhaft, dass wir weitere Stunden vor Ort benötigten um a) den Schlüssel zu finden und b) die dazu passende Tür. (30 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Rauf und runter - dann weitere Stunden). Die Wohnung selber war dann ... nun ... OK. Für Paare . Wenn Kinder dabei sind, dann währen einige Einschränkungen alles andere als erholsam (nicht schliessende Türen ... und zwar alle, ausser der Wohnungstür, ... )
