Great location!

Very basic hotel, a bit noisy at night time, but I was still able to get a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly. Just keep in mind that you check in at a hostel a few doors down, but the staff will walk you to your building. The hotel's location cannot be beat!

Basic hotel/hostel

The hotel/hostel is right on the canal, a minute from the Dragon Bridge. It is a very basic hotel but was comfortable enough for us. We stayed 2 nights and found it to be enough for what we needed. The bathroom had hand wash and shower gel. There was AC which worked well.

Good location, just check complete when you stay.

The room renovation not complete 2 room lights and 1 bed light missing and side power not enabled and no side table Aircon not working and very hot room, mgmt tried to check setting but unable to resolve. As ground floor street window, too noisy to keep window open at night, room very hot and stuff no ventilation. Bathroom was not really clean. Reception staff above and beyond try to help. Very friendly, great local knowledge and good food suggestions + transportation logistics useful. Have stayed at other places co mgd beside this property All good.. just an unfitness unfortunate blip. Call for first keeping to clean again if not to standard. We were tired so skipped doing this. But they are very helpful so I'm sure they would accommodate. But great location

Highly recommended

This property was a nice and a welcoming way to start our European trip. The staff reserved a taxi to pick us up from the airport, which was greatly appreciated, especially since we arrived late night. While it was difficult to find the entrance to the rooms, I later found out that the staff had also enclosed directions how to get to my room, thank you. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The main reason we chose Rooms Sincere is because they offer private bathrooms rather than shared ones. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The USB charger I brought did not work and they lent me one during my stay. I recommend Rooms Sincere 1830.

Great budget stay!

Is it fancy? No. There are some marks on the walls and other small things, BUT if you're like me and don't care about small cosmetic stuff, this place is perfect! Very centrally located by the Dragon Bridge, the bed was comfortable, A/C worked great, WiFi was strong and quick, room was clean. I travel with my own pillow, ear plugs and eye mask, so I can't comment on that stuff. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice window overlooking the river. Quiet and clean (minor issue in the shower ceiling) strange renogoing on with a open 'room' above. I would stay here again

This place is super over-rated. There is no on site parking, and the furniture is extremely old. There is also an ongoing construction on the street, which made everything more difficult for us.

Just okay

The location is good, but the room was very basic and the WiFi didn't work most of the time we were there. The credit card machine didn't work either so we had to go get cash to pay the bill. The room and bathroom were okay, but it didn't seem that the bathroom had been that thoroughly cleaned (I saw hairs on the towel rack that definitely didn't belong to me or my partner, and the tiles on the walls didn't look like they had been wiped down). The tap on the sink was loose, so whenever you turned it on it moved around. The metal side table next to the bed looked like it had been burned by cigarettes or something and was really stained, which was just not a very welcoming or comforting look.

Excellent location

Beautiful city. Hotel room was small, but reasonable for the price, fully equipped and clean. Easy to walk to the city centre, train station and castle from the hotel.

The location is close proximity to the center. The price was good. It was rather clean. However, there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom (sewerage). Also, there were no light blocking curtains which was a bit annoying.

This property was okay and sufficient but I was aspecting better based on reviews. It is a very basic room- expected and totally fine. However, the cleanliness was questionable and disappointing. There was a visible through the sheets mystery stain on the bed and debris and hair were on the clean sheets. There was also a faint sewer smell throughout the stay. The room was stuffy with no way to remedy. The staff were extremely friendly and the location was great. The price was raised because we stayed over New Years so it definitely was not worth what we paid.
