Awesome place! Nice size rooms and right off the old town part! Short walk to parking, breakfast, and the historic part of Ljubljana! Lucas got me taken care of and pointed out places to eat and drink and showed me to my room and was a great help! The staff were all great! If im ever back in Ljubljana, ill for sure be looking for a room here! Thanks yall!

Beautiful, spacious and excellent location

The most beautiful and amazing building. Very spacious apartment. Quiet location. Was a delight walking up the flights of stairs, along the external corridor to our apartment. Perfectly positioned for easy short walks in and around the city. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

Cute little palace hotel in center of town

Cute palace hotel with small garden in center. Convenient and in walking distance from most attractions. Clean. Coffee in the room. With toiletries. Amazing stay.

Very well maintained and clean accomodating staff but I do think that the price should include clean towels if requested and should not be an extra charge especially if you are staying more than 2 nights? Hence only the good rating for service and overall.

It was in a perfect location for really getting to enjoy the Old Town and the castle. just up from the river, it was centrally located to all the life that lives along the banks. The outdoor movies that were shown during the film festival were a pleasant surprise. The room was extremely spacious, and having a Lidl just up the street meant we could stock the fridge with the necessities we needed. The only drawback was the creaky floors, but it just gave the place authenticity. It felt like being a writer in the 1920s who had escaped their home country & holed up here to finish the novel. I hope it's still there when I have the chance to return in about 10 years.

The history of the building is interesting. The location is great, not at all noisy. Clean, spacious, the floors creak when you walk on them but that is part of the history of the building, I think. I would stay there again. The staff we all friendly and very helpful.

We loved our stay at Barbo. The staff was extremely helpful and communicative. Parking was nearby and an easy walk. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as 2 grocery options. Would happily stay again if we are back in Ljubljana.

Cool, unique place. Great location in Ljubljana. Took us 13 minutes to walk from our room door and up the hill to the castle lookout. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. Great spot.

This place is amazing!! This is where you should stay if you’re coming here. It’s in the best part of the city which doesn’t allow cars: so, figure out which parking lot you wanna go to. (I found one for €21 a night). The walk is a few minutes, but easy. The absences it car makes the place that much better; you will not be diasapoinred.
