Located in Liznjan, in the south of Istria, a place of about 2000 inhabitants, 2km from Medulin, 12km from Pula. A car is recommended for going to the seaside. The main beach in Liznjan is Salbunic, there is a sand beach in Medulin and on a small island of Levan. I will provide you with instructions how to reach some hiddeen beaches in the area.
Here a list of things to do out of the beach. (1) A visit to the city of Pula mostly known for the roman amphitherater where many summer festivals take place, and a evening trip to the city of Rovinj. (2) The national park of Brijuni which is an island located at the west of the peninsula. (3) The nature park of Kamenjak famous for beaches and the Safary bar. (4) For the lovers of wine tasting there is the Trapan winery only 5 minutes by car from our house (5) Number one Croatina restaurant Batelina famous for raw fish located in Banjole and Miramare in Pomer (6) Panoramic flights and the Costal airlines which offers one or two day trips along the Croatian coast. (7) The Istriainspirit events that will introduce you to the Istrian legends and myths offering a unique journey through time.
Food supply : there are three small shops for daily supplies at walk distance, and two big supermarkets located in Medulin.

Heerlijk rustig appartement met privacy en eigen terrasjee
Van alle gemakken voorzien met eigen terrasje met stoeltjes en tafel. 2 eigen ligbedden bij het zwembad. Eigen parkeerplek voor de auto op het (afgesloten) terrein (onder overkapping). Met de auto circa 15 minuten naar prachtige rustige strandjes (oostkant). De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader dit heerlijke plekje!

Relax e pulizia
L'appartamento è ben fornito di tutto e molto pulito. Ottima posizione lontana dal caos ma comoda per tutte le escursioni. Alen è sempre gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta.
La piscina è pulitissima e regala momenti di relax e tranquillità.

Super Erholung und tolle Entspannung
Leider ist unser Urlaub zu Ende. Wir sind sehr herzlich von Alen Ravnic empfangen worden. Wir haben selten einen so herzlichen und liebenswerten Vermieter und Menschen kennengelernt. Egal um was es ging, er war zu jeder Zeit da. Unser Häuschen war für uns zwei toll. Jede Woche neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Der Pool direkt vor der Terrasse, einfach klasse. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal Urlaub bei Herrn Ravnic machen. Auf jeden Fall hat Alen Ravnic und die ganze Anlage 5 Sterne verdient. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Entspannung und Ruhe, eine Oase der Erholung
Die eingestellten Fotos versprechen nicht zuviel.
Das Häuschen ist groß genug für 2 Personen, wurde aber von mir allein genutzt. Da eigentlich die Reise zu zweit gebucht war, nahm ich Kontakt zu Alen Ravnik auf, der mir versicherte, dass Liznijan auch für eine alleinreisende Frau ein sicherer und guter Ort sein.
Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen von Herrn Ravnik und hatte im Haus alles was ich brauchte: Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien. Das Schlafzimmer wurde erst im vergangenen Jahr renoviert und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Der Rest des Hauses, so in einem späteren Gespräch mit Herrn Ravnik, soll noch in diesem Jahr renoviert werden.
Der wundervolle Pool versprach immer wieder eine herrliche Erfrischung nach einem warmen Tag und ich konnte die Abende vor dem Häuschen sehr genießen. Es sind ausreichend Sonnenliegen vorhanden, Tisch und Stühle, 1 Sonnenschirm vor dem Häuschen und ein größerer bei den Liegen.
Das Auto durfte ich auf dem Grundstück überdacht abstellen.
Nach 1 Woche wurden sämtliche Handtücher und - bei Bedarf - die Bettwäsche gewaschen und ausreichend neue zur Verfügung gestellt. Sogar meine privaten Strandtücher durfte ich mit zur Wäsche geben, um die sich die Mutter des Vermieters kümmerte.
Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl und aufgehoben, besonders da ich gerade in einer sehr stressigen privaten Situation mich befand.
Zu Fuß erreichbar sind im Ort 1 Bäcker, 3 Restaurants (2 ausprobiert und für sehr empfehlenswert befunden), 1 Post mit Bankautomat), mindestens 3 kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte mit guten Öffnungszeiten. Für größere Einkäufe stehen z.B. ein LIDL und andere Supermärkte in Medulin zur Verfügung (ca. 2km Entfernung).
In Liznijan gibt es eine herrliche Bucht zum Baden (über einen sehr holprigen Weg zu erreichen), natürlich steinig (also Schwimmschuhe mitnehmen!!!). Für Sandstrandliebhaber gibt es einen in Medulin, der aber in der Saison sehr überfüllt sein dürfte.
Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig, ob zum Shopping oder Sightseeing nach Pula (Amphitheater z.B.), das malerische ehemalige Fischerdorf Rabac u.v.m.
Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt in meinem Urlaub und kann die Unterkunft von Herrn Ravnik sehr empfehlen. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit in allen Dingen und ich werde sicher bald einmal wieder einen Urlaub dort verbringen.
Anbei: Es gibt auch noch eine 2. große Wohnung, die für 4 Personen ausgelegt ist!

Schöne Wohnung - toller Pool!
Alen ist ein wirklich sehr netter Gastgeber. Er ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Die Wohnung war super sauber, es gab eine Menge Handtücher und alles, was wir zu zweit für zwei Wochen Urlaub benötigten. Das Schlafzimmer sieht sehr neu aus und ist gemütlich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Einzige, was mal erneuert werden könnte ist das Sofa!
Die Terrasse ist toll. Aber das Beste an der Unterkunft ist der Pool! Auch sehr sauber und er hat eine super Größe!
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
