The living/dining room features a kitchen corner, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with an exit leading out to the balcony. One room is equipped with a French bed measuring 150 cm, another room has a French bed measuring 180 cm, and a third room contains a single bed. The living/dining area also includes satellite TV and air conditioning, with access to the balcony. There are two additional rooms, each furnished with a double bed. The open kitchen is well-appointed with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The property has one bathroom with a toilet and two additional showers with toilets. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
