Centrally located next to Liverpool Lime Street Station. Walking distance for tourist and easy access to transport trains, metro and taxi etc.... staff friendly and welcoming. Room clean and comfortable with good facilities Inc kettle, fridge and hairdryer and safe. Lovely shower waterfall and hand held . I recommend staying here.

We had booked a room with a view, which apparently was not available. The hotel gave us an upgrade which had absolutely no view, just a skylight. If felt like we were prison cell.

Very handy for the station. Quirky decor - someone has worked really hard on the style. Comfortable room and large bed. There is a slight rumble of subway trains but they didn’t disturb us. Good breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Claustrophobic small room with a window that did not open and a temperamental AC unit. When you pulled out the desk chair it touched the bed the room was so narrow. Old hotel building would have been impressive but they appear to have sub-divided the original hotel what is now a neighbouring Wetherspoons. Location good but other hotels are also near the station

The hotel itself and the staff are lovely however there seems to be a lack of organisation and leadership amongst the staff. They seem to run around being busy but dont actually achieve anything. This is best seem during breakfast, there are losts of staff working the breakfast room but they still cant clear tables and seat guests when they arrive, instead they ask guests to wait while one staff member cleans tables and four others pass each other plates to stack or stand by the resturant reception discussing what tables may become available soon. Put a proper manager in the resturant, give all the staff in the hotel a proper uniform (not casual tee shirts) which would make the hotel feel smarter

Fabulous hotel

This is second year running returning to this hotel.. Friendly staff easycheck in rooms were ready early.. very clean like the touch with complimentary bottles of water in fridge..Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice.. wouldn’t hesitate to stay again I would highly recommend it

First time visiting Liverpool and first time staying in a radison red hotel. The hotel is right next door to trainstation and weatherspoons and the theatre which is very handy. The staff in the hotel help in so many ways even helping lift my mums wheelchair and our luggage down the few stairs. When I come back this is the only hotel I will come back to as you feel very safe having to use keycards for lift etc.
