I would have rated this stay with four stars but checking in was unsatisfactory and made the whole stay less pleasant than the last. Again, the one employee there at between 7:30-8:00 pm was unavailable to check in guests. Besides the inconvenience to incoming guests, if there was an emergency, no one was there to assist.

I did mention to the clerk at the desk when I checked out that I saw a bug that may have looked like a roach . I had noticed there was water damage on the bathroom door and door frame area which is near the tub . Could’ve been a flooding of water from the tub or the toilet . The parking lot seemed pretty lit up except the back area . I don’t eat any of the breakfast except some fruit because I’m gluten free and there is almost always nothing gluten free at hotels . Besides having crappy sugar cereals etc I would never eat any of the breakfasts at hotels , it’s not real food. I need protein, and I’m allergic to pork so bacon and sausage is out ! , only need real eggs not powdered eggs either and some corn tortillas and salsa !

Pretty good overall.

A bit of a wait at the counter to check in. Redeemed themselves with quick response to an issue and were able to give us a new room. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Beds have a soft top but are hard overall so not to my personal liking. I wish there were an option for non-down pillows.

Positive Experience

Excellent hotel to stay at! The manager was very friendly and helpful as well as the entire staff! Our rooms were roomy and very comfortable. I was in town for a wedding and brought my kids and grandkids and chose this hotel because they offer a free breakfast. My grandkids loved the breakfast area and they were happy to have waffles and even sprinkles for the topping. I highly recommend this hotel!

This property worked for us on a two day stay. They accommodated us for early check in . The breakfast was satisfying and well maintained. The facilities were clean , no concerns for safety. This location is approximately 15 mins away from vineyards which was a plus if you are planning on visiting some while in Livermore . Two concerns, both our room keys stopped working and we had to go to the desk to get them reactivated multiple times. Second our air conditioning was rattling in the middle of the night when it would reach the set temperature and then have to start back up it would rattle super loud until it got going. We would stay here again in the future for value , location and cleanliness of the facilities.
