The home was the best we have stayed in during our annual fishing trip.It was stocked with almost everything we needed for our stay(honestly I can't think of anything it didn't have, we needed), very clean home. The outdoor kitchen area was great for grilling and hanging out. Two of us live about 6 hrs from the lake in different states. Host was very accommodating about us get into the home a little earlier than check in time.The view from the sun room of the lake was amazing. Easy access for our charter with Blues Brothers to pick us up at the dock.We are already planning to book again for our trip next year.

Great views and location

We had the best time at this property. It was a great location on the lake in a Quiet neighborhood. They have a great dock and boat house, outdoor kitchen and plenty of room in the house for a large family. We will definitely come back to this spot. We did not want to leave and come home.

The home was well kept, the host was unobtrusive, the location on the water was excellent: deep water right off of the dock with two small areas of sandy wash. The stairway is easily securable from upstairs but is a childproofing difficulty from downstairs .likewidiffucdownstairs.downstairs

Relaxing and fun stay.

The property is very nice. It has a sun porch I truly love. Beautiful sunrise and sunset from there. Adaquate rooms. 6 beds, game room/den and basketball game etc. I would love to consider a family gathering there. I had a question about something and the owner was right there to take care of it. He is such a beautiful person to work with. I encourage anyone who is considering using this property to not hesitate and do it. We enjoyed the fishing and we caught a few enough for a Friday night fish fry. Just go and I hope you enjoy it as well as we did.

Excellent Lake Vacation

We have such a great time choosing to stay at this home. I had forgotten how relaxing the lake environment can be. The house has plenty of room for our family of five, we didn’t even need to use one of the bedrooms. We rode out on the lake nearly every day using the provided kayaks and had some pretty heating competition using the basketball goal downstairs. Overall we had an excellent lake vacation and would love to go back soon. On a side note, I throughly enjoyed the sunroom and spent a good deal of time enjoying the view of the lake.

Relaxing lake getaway

This is a beautiful house and location on a lake with lots of fun activities available to us and our teenage granddaughter. The house is very comfortable and very well appointed, and the host was very helpful and responsive. We would love to visit again, and highly recommend it.

Great location

The location is great , clean lake and we also enjoyed the kayaks that were provided. The house was stocked with absolutely everything that you might need as well as clean. The sunroom is very relaxing , perfect spot for morning coffee and a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The outdoor kitchen while impressive can be intimidating so maybe some instructions on how to use it would help. If I were to mention something that needs improvement is the outdoor patio that need some cleaning ( lots of spider nets from the celling to the walls to the furniture) and better arrangement of the furniture for an inviting and comfortable space.

Lovely Home at Lake Gaston

The rental home has a great location on a quiet creek. The view from the home of the lake was really nice and we enjoyed spending time in the sunroom. We spent our days swimming and floating off the dock. There was plenty of room for us to tie up our pontoon boat. We appreciated access to the kayaks and enjoyed paddling around the creek. It was helpful to have a fridge at the dock that we could also use. The outdoor kitchen was impressive. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked and provided extras that made preparing meals easy. The basement was laid out nicely and offered a space to hang out. The beds were all very comfortable and we appreciated the linen package that was offered. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.
