If you are in the mood for a day trip, don't hesitate to visit the lively city of Las Vegas, which is 90 miles away.

This air-conditioned home boasts a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings that is perfect for entertaining. The living room invites you to spread out comfortably and relax as you stream a fun show or movie on the smart TV with streaming services. Surprise everyone with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to channel your inner chef and whip up tasty treats for the group. Coffee enthusiasts will be happy to know there is a Keurig coffee maker available for them. The living area opens onto a covered balcony where you can dine alfresco and take in the beautiful scenery and mountain views. The spacious main bedroom has a smart TV and a luxe en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanity, and a walk-in shower. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
