Hickups but overall okay

When driving in late they counted us as no shows and cancelled our reservation. The overnight employee called someone and returned my room, tried mentioning a extra charge but didn't follow up on that when I explained I had already paid in full before showing up. The room door was left open when we finally got checked in, and no shower curtain in the bathroom.
