The property looks fine from the outside, but the rooms are old and not well cleaned. The mattress on the pull out sofa is moldy, one of the beds does not have a comforter, towels are worn and thread bare, and the bathroom smells wet. The lobby was dirty, with overflowing garbage cans and (hopefully) water splashes on the floor. Even as a budget hotel chain, there should be some pride in maintaining it and making it hospitable and presentable. The only positive aspect was the kind and absolutely welcoming gentleman who checked us in. I believe we will avoid staying at Comfort Suites in the future.

Don't go for the pool or water pad.
Was very upset to arrive and find out the pool heater was broken and the water pad as well. Front desk mentioned it has been down for 6 months(plenty of time to have been fixed by now). Our room door latch would not lock. Breakfast was good for the most part.

Stayed here for 3 days. Card keys kept failing, doors were often propped open with rocks. The pool was the coldest I've ever felt! Apparently the heater's been out for months and they haven't fixed it. We got this hotel particularly for the pool - so I consider this omission of fault on their page as false advertising. Otherwise, everything was average to great. Location is perfect, city is beautiful.

The AC in the room was hard to control the temperature. It either ran nonstop and got really cold or didn’t run at all. The pool water was really cold and the splash pad wasn’t open yet and it said nowhere when we booked the room that the splash pad wasn’t open until June. The splash pad and pool area was one of the biggest reasons we chose this hotel.

Do not book here. Nothing works.
First of all the splash pad is completely broken and the pool is very very cold since the pool heater is broke. That was not advertised before booking this trip. I booked this trip so the kids would have something fun to do while the adults sat and watched while chatting. Secondly, every time we left our room we would walk all the way back to our room when we were done hanging out with family and all the way to the end of the hall on the 3rd floor and then have to go to the front desk EVERY TIME. Our room cards wouldn’t work. I am 7 months pregnant and this was the most inconvenient hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Family of 9, close to everything, stay again
Hotel was really clean, stayed for 3 nights. Always seen housekeepers cleaning, wiping down glass doors, and taking time in rooms. The service was 4 stars, seemed to have a bew staff members. We asked questions and they said not been here long, i will ask management. Like no music playing in pool room. And he said, its only his 4th week here. Still learning, but on his own now. Management said "should automatically be playing in pool room". No splash pad, its been closed for sometime, please dont book for that only. Also the pool was really a cool luke warm. Kids were shivering. Spring break 3/24. Said they just hadmarming pump replaced on comments in early march. However, its chilly. No towels were there. Again new employee said they would have to find someone to help, since most help left for today. We had 2 rooms and both were nice. It was the sofa bed and 2 queens. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Breakfast was just so so. Not much choices They change it up every day on what the offer except, biscuits and gravy & waffles. The juice machine has water, oj and apple. The canberry jucie didn't work. The location was the best part! Close to everything by about 10 mins to all! Family of 9 would stay again.
