Excellent Customer Service from Everyone.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and had everything expected. AND - my son forgot his boots in the room. When I called the next day, the staff found the shoes and the hotel manager, Nancy, mailed them to our home. If I am ever through Little Rock again, this will be our hotel.

Our room had a foul smell. We bought air freshener for that. The sleeper sofa was dirty and the mattress was filthy. They moved us to another room. It was not that much better. We only had a couple of sheets on the beds. Friday evening front desk staff was very helpful and professional. Saturday morning front desk staff was also. Saturday night and Sunday morning staff were rude Very disrespectful!!!! Housekeeping didn't even give us a chance to finish gathering our belongings before they tapped on the door and started coming in our room. It wasn't even 9:30!! The lady at the front desk had a bad attitude!! I told her that they moved us to another room because our first room had an odor and the sleeper sofa was dirty. She told me that it's hard to keep track of guests when they just move from room to room. The front desk staff moved us in the middle of the night on Friday.. We didn't move ourselves!! I would not recommend anyone else to stay here until they deep clean those rooms, upgrade their furniture, and give their staff some Professional Development Training!!

Everything was clean and the room was spacious. There was not any linens or extra pillows for the sofa bed. Our room was pretty quiet. The indoor pool was cold, which was disappointing. There was also a distinct odor in the hallway, even though there are no smoking signs posted.

The staff would save themselves work if they would tell you as they hand the key card to you that it will deactivate if you hold it near your phone. This happened to 3 sets of people we met just in the first night we checked in. The property is convenient and clean. The room is really spacious! The bed is very soft, pillows are smooshable, which is something I like. The fridge is bigger than you usually get at a hotel. We didn't have time to use the pool. I'm writing this review before breakfast, so I'm not sure how that will go but I can't imagine it'll be bad. I'd stay here again.
