Wir hatten zwar eine Aushilfsmanagerin namens Iris, die einigen Gästen gegenüber nicht sehr freundlich war, aber unsere reguläre Managerin ist zurück und jetzt läuft alles reibungslos.

Das Hotelpersonal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat sich während unseres Aufenthalts enorm verbessert, da es eine neue Managerin, Shelby, bekommen hat. Sie hat das Hotel wirklich auf Vordermann gebracht, den Müll draußen abholen lassen, den Rasen gemäht, dafür gesorgt, dass Inspektionen durchgeführt wurden und alles in einwandfreiem Zustand war.
