The house is ~1.6 km from the beach, making it a perfect base for surfers, families, or anyone seeking sun and tranquillity.
Enjoy the private patio complete with a swimming pool and BBQ, ideal for outdoor meals, sunbathing, or simply relaxing with a glass of wine. Whether you're here to catch waves, explore the town, or unwind in the sun, this house offers comfort, convenience, and a true taste of Ericeira.
