We enjoyed our stay.. however, my honest opinion is that the first impression of the hotel is not like other NH hotels we’ve stayed in… and its not an expensive fix.. they could add some planters outside to give it a warmer look and change the cherry-like scent it currently has. That being said, the rooms are spacious, have wooden floors, and the bathrooms are spacious with consistent hot water. The soaps and cream smell good, and the coffee station is great. The room attendant was very helpful with providing extra coffee and the people helping us with our bags were very nice. The hotel has a great location on a very centric street. Some minor details can give the hotel a cozier look which would benefit it greatly.

The Hotel staff were completely and utterly amazing during our time there. They honored our early check in which was amazing as we had just arrived on the red-eye from New York. The Hotel itself was clean and trendy with a beautiful bar in the lobby and had a gorgeous scent throughout the place. Our room was beautiful and we had a lovely view.

Good location, friendly staff. But, Theyvputvus in the room with the broken heating. After moving to another room, heating worked but it was impossible to control the temperature. While taking shower, water temperature fluctuated from very hot to lukewarm. Property needs some serious maintenance in the technical department.
