Apartment located on the famous Rua da Madalena, on the third floor of a building with elevator. Perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a pleasant stay in Lisbon, with all the main attractions of the city within walking distance.

Like many buildings in this historic city, the building is old and has some particular challenges as a result, such as an outdated plumbing system. To mitigate related odors, we recommend airing out the apartment frequently during your stay.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one en-suite with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Both with air conditioning.

The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a shower and bathtub and the other with only a shower.

￫ Living/Dining Room
The living room features a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a double sofa bed, and a dining table for 6 people.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included.
￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, it is necessary to place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will apply.
￫ The property has noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring tranquility and comfort for everyone during their stay.
￫ Baby cot and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumption above €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Construction works are being carried out in the building and in an adjacent one, with no scheduled completion date.
