Staff were lively and very helpful. Very walkable location. Our showerhead was covered in mould and there was a lot of noise from the escape room next door and the road right outside our window. No aircon but this is my fault for not checking, there was a fan in the room though. Overall it was fine and comfortable for a few days. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Staff, great. Property, unique. Clean! But, noisy, one night until 5am. Escape room on bottom floor may be the cause. Also access and steepness of roads hard for seniors. Our unit not even acessible to the rest of hotel, with steep road access only. Not a good choice for us as seniors.

Great introduction to Portugal! Staff was helpful and friendly. Basic amenities. We found the location very walkable to local attractions. We visited on a Friday and Saturday night, so lots of city nightlife.

Great location! Very nice recreation people, very helpful and welcoming. Good location uber accessible. Clean and smell good. The only thing is no air conditioner so if you coming in the summer conditioner it. We went on October so we live everything!

I really loved my stay here. The area gives you a real flavour of Lisbon, with lots of small shops, bars and cafes in the area. The hotel is quite modern inside and very clean. The staff are absolutely wonderful; helpful, efficient and friendly.

It’s near a lot of shopping and attractions. It’s a nice place and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The one thing I didn’t like about the room I stayed in is that the bathroom is right next to the street and it’s uncomfortable to do anything because people can see you. Other than that everything was great. Thank you!

Pros: Nice simple and clean property with great location in the heart of Lisbon. Few cons: There is no air conditioning and the air circulation is limited. Disappointments: we took the breakfast option but realized that the breakfast was served starting 8am (all other places we stayed at in Portugal, the breakfastwas at 7am). We had tours and flights for which we had to leave at 730am. They did not want to give us a refund and committed on providing us a packed breakfast. They did that the first day and forgot to pack breakfast for us the second day. Hope they read this and give us a refund.
