The hotel itself is lovely and you get what you need. A comfy bed, shower, friendly service and a pool. The buffet dinner is ok but not great. Be aware that it’s very hilly around the hotel but if you have a car or use Uber you can explore many great places around. The staff has been wonderful!!

Parking was an issue. This was very walkable to the beach. There were not any places to shop at the beach or in the vicinity of the beach. Breakfast was wonderful. Dinner was limited in the menu and very expensive. The towels were insufficient. The staff was pleasant and helpful and very friendly.

The check in by Ana G was perfect. I loved the view and Estoril Cury. Close to night life, and the beach. Excellent location. Definitely recommend this hotel over all the others in Estoril.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel cleaning staff was unprofessional. Check out is at 12:00 pm, so we decided to have breakfast and come back to the hotel around 11:00 am and then check out. The cleaning staff had removed our stuff and cleaned the room when we came back. The front desk had no idea what to do.

A generally good hotel with good rooms, excellent buffet breakfast, nice small pool and well located for the touristy places around the area. Service could be a little bit better; I email them twice before arriving to ask whether there was a kettle in the room and never got a reply and trying to get a refund for unused services was made much more complicated and stressful than it may have been. That aside it was a pretty good stay.

I very outdated conditions hotel.

Dear Hotels.com, as you see on the pic., I spent 2 nights at Hotel Londres in Cascais e Estoril site. The staff were very pleasant but the hotel conditions are somewhat of poor standards ! Room 318A, where I was allocated was extremely disappointing ! The room size is unacceptable ! The hairdryer as you in the pic., was in an awkward position next to the bed ! There was no toilet holder, no towel holder and no complementary hotel welcome pack ! Hotel Londres must have a cleaning supervisor to check the condition of pillows and mattresses cleanness, before new guests arrival ! There was a gathering put up by the hotel, with quite some visitors, around the pool area, indulging in CIGAR smoking, not stop and Whisky/ Port drinks! The horrendous smell of the strong unpleasant to guest, including myself lingered on the the rest of the day! Surely you ought to do this gatherings, with customers wellbeing in mind! I shall NEVER use Hotel Londres ever again, while visiting Cascais/ Estoril area ! I killed 4 mosquitos in my room, during the night. 3 while I tried to sleep with their noise near my ears and 1 when I got up monday am. I wonder when was 318A used prior to my stay !! Disappointed stay.
