Located in the heart of Cascais's historic centre, a few steps away from gardens, restaurants, shops, markets, supermarkets, bars and the beach, is our charming apartment.
This bright and airy two-bedroom apartment, fully equipped, offers a large living and dining area with a fireplace and access to a beautiful terrace, as well as an independent kitchen and a full bathroom, allowing you to make the most of your time with family or friends. You will love staying here, enjoying everything the village has to offer.
Take a stroll through the picturesque Cascais; spend some time on its beautiful and unique beaches; visit its fortress, palaces and museums; dine outdoors on the famous Yellow Street or enjoy the numerous shops, bars and restaurants in the marina. Cascais has so much to offer that you will want to stay longer.
You can enjoy everything without the need for a car, but note that the apartment is just five minutes from transport options that can take you to explore the charming historic village of Sintra or the beautiful city of Lisbon, as well as Guincho Beach, the most famous beach in Cascais, part of the Sintra Natural Park. Regardless of the means of transport you choose to use, you will be close to Cascais railway station, bus stops and taxi ranks.
Renovated in July 2016, the apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and balcony, another with two single beds and a wardrobe. The living room includes a sofa bed (for 2 people), a dining table and a balcony with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the picturesque environment. In addition, there is a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, microwave, cooker, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, ironing board, and kitchen utensils. You will also have access to cable TV and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
When located next to one of the yellow streets, you will find a vast offer of restaurants and bars just a few steps away. As it is a tourist area, there is some noise coming from the surrounding bars.
By the end of February 2026, the exterior painting of the building where our apartment is located will be carried out.

Would have rated the apartment higher but no top sheet on the beds did not feel clean. Although large the apartment had no cohesive style or design. Over a bunch of restaurants made food easy but it was noisy in the evenings.

La petite terrasse donne sur une rue bordée de petits restaurants typiques qui permet de descendre directement à la plage à pied.

L'appartement était très bien. Bien agencé, confortable, bien situé. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Cascais. Nous vous proposons de mettre à disposition un parasol sur le balcon, ça serait sympa pour le petit déjeuner car le matin le balcon est en plein soleil. Nous vous proposons aussi de placer un miroir supplémentaire dans le salon par exemple (à gauche en entrant dans le salon il y a un grand mur blanc et vide). Clean and central appartment in Cascais.
The appartment with two bedrooms and spacious diningroom is perfectly situated. 5-10 min to the beacheas, 3 min to small minimarket and 10 min to a supermarket. In front of the appartment you also find fresh vegetables and water, juices etc. Beside Pizza Hut (2 blocks down the street) you find a bakery that opens at 8 am. One block away you find Sushissimo, marvelous sushi, and in the street Rua Frederico Arouca (also the street to the biggest beach Praia Duquesa) you find a wonderful indian restaurant, Masala. On the same beach there is a beach-restaurant with excellent food, Bar & Praia. The sunbeds cost 6 euro each and the parasoll 8, so quite expensive but worth it as the sun realy burns. The ocean is quite cold (approx. 18-20 celcious) but with the heat very refreshing. At night the temperature drops to approx. 20 celsious so a jacket or cardigan is recomended. A must is to take the local train to Lissabon (2,75 euro pp), takes approx. 35 min. The last train back goes 1.30 am so there is time to take a dinner in Lissabon and come back in time. In Cascais you find a lots of restaurants and I recomend to go on the small streets between the apartment and the park near the Cidadela. Small streets with restaurants enbedded. The Agency that rent out the apartment were very kind and professional, they let us stay in the apartment until the taxi came 1.30 PM even though check out time is 12.00. They helped us with taxi service (50 euro one way) from and to the AirPort wich was a little bit more expensive but so conveniente. The apartment was so nice, clean and central and had also TV with a lot of english chanels including movie chanels. I highly recomend it! We will definetly come back.
