The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the heart of Lisbon’s Estrela neighbourhood, the property offers an inviting blend of historic charm and modern convenience. This area is a treasure trove of cultural and scenic highlights, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

Just a short walk away, the Basilica da Estrela captivates visitors with its baroque architecture and stunning dome, while Jardim da Estrela provides a serene escape with leafy pathways, a charming café, and tranquil green spaces. The iconic Tram 28, one of Lisbon’s most famous transport routes, passes nearby and offers a scenic ride through the city’s historic and picturesque neighbourhoods.

The area boasts a variety of dining options, from the classic flavours of Café São Bento, renowned for its Portuguese steaks, to the innovative cuisine at Tasca da Esquina. For those seeking vegetarian-friendly options, the Avocado House serves trendy dishes inspired by the versatile fruit. Transportation is highly convenient, with the Rato metro station within easy reach, connecting you to Lisbon’s main hubs.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Rato, is just a 14-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
