prestation générale médiocre
Le Bairro Alto : localisation parfaite (connue de ma part et choisie en conséquence).
La décoration est particulièrement photogénique sur le site. En fait le logement est sous le standard de confort touristique habituel: mobilier sommaire, pas de chauffage (seul un chauffage d'appoint avec rallonges électriques); pour se chauffer, s'éclairer correctement, se sécher les cheveux il faut tirer sans cesse ces rallonges, cela avec une prise arrachée dans la chambre.!Le couchage est correct. J'ai dû signaler que la salle d'eau est inondée après chaque douche !! Les moisissures signalées par des prédécesseurs sont toujours là!
L'arrivée, si de nuit, se fait dans le noir -pas d'éclairage avant le palier du 3ème où se trouve l'appartement. L'escalier commun est particulièrement sale!!
Lovelay Stay est une agence à fuir qui se garde bien de donner les informations avant la réservation, notamment qu'il faut passer par leur bureau pour prendre les clés, le tout à vos frais pour le détour! Ce qui met la puce à l'oreille c'est l'absence de réponse à des questions après la réservation. En résumé, une équipe de geek qui fait de l'argent et du mauvais business!! Il y a beaucoup mieux à Lisbonne!!
