The photos used on the booking site are either doctored or from somewhere else. The property is in bad shape. Floor tiles are cracked and dangerous. The area around is filled with drunken people partying all night, really. They were still shouting and drinking at 4:30AM. We rented two rooms advdertized as Superior Double rooms. Mine had a very bed and matress, curved upward and so uncomfortable. The room had no side tables (just a metal bookshelve, and a cheap wheeled coat hanger. No AC, just a clunky fan. Our friends' room had a better bed, but an dinkier fan on the floor. The only window was stuck shut. The common kitchen was a total mess. We saw cockroaches many times in the morning. Our private "bathroom" was small, dirty and moldy. My husband is 190cm and 120kg. The shower barely was large enough for him to move his arms. I'm not showing pictures since we left at 4AM and we did not want to bother other guests. In a word, delist this property. I have never been in such a dump.

Provides the basics—bed and a bathroom across the hall. Just a heads-up, the photos didn’t quite match what the hotel looked like in person. No AC, but they do provide a fan. It’s May right now and it still got pretty warm even with fan, so just something to keep in mind.

The check-in went smoothly ad efficiently. The receptionist, Innis, was extremely friendly and hejpful. She patiently answered all questions and readily provided all the information a traveller would want. She even booked an Uber for me to take me to airport. Room and bathroom were vey clean and the metro and bus terminus were a few minutes walking distance. The place was full of. dining and drinking options

No Parking. Good for the Price

The room was basic and had what we needed. We stayed on the 4th floor which only had one of the bathrooms open which was difficult at times due to other residents using it (the other stayed locked and appeared not to be available for guests). There was a kitchen on the 4th floor but it was also locked and not available to use so we had to use the one on the first floor. Great location, a bit noisy but did not bother us. Was told we could park on Rua de Flores by hotel staff and ended up having a boot on the car the next morning because it’s residential only. For the price is was completely fine

Couldn't be worst. The host is terrible, other staffs were nice. Instructions were not sent until I contacted the platform for the second time. No other response was made and the host will just ignore you. Room has no ventilation and outside is too noisy to open the window, so good luck breathing. False advertisement: want to use the kitchen? Be prepared to run up and down 4 levels. One toilet is available for 5 rooms. The area is surrounded by drug dealers

Excellent location next the to busiest street in the city. Where in the world would you find a place so cheap in the busiest area of the city but it needs s lot of improvements Guys please improve the hotel so you can put the prices up. I will be happy to pay €70 a night to stay if improved. Very lovely people and thank you so much A lot of love

It’s surrounding looks scary and is very hard to find the front door; and the door is locked all the time. I have to share the toilet. The room that I got have not an individual bathroom. It may be good for local people, but I never recommend this place for the people who book and come from other countries.
