Es entsprach nicht den Bildern. Nicht bekommen was man gebucht hat. Gebucht wurde Zwei Personen, zwei Nächte mit Frühstück und Flussblick. Was war Zimmer bekommen was an der Hauptstraße war. Sehr laut kein Schlaf. Das Bad war oberflächlich sauber, Toilette schmutzig Toilettenbrille wackelig. Steckdose lose. Zimmer kalt. Heizung funktionierte nicht. Betreiber überfordert. Frühstück gab es für uns nicht da wir Stunden lang warten müssten da in diesem angeblichen Hotel kein Platz war. Waren notgedrungen nur eine Nacht da. Obwohl wir zwei gebucht hatten. Aber es war nicht auszuhalten. Betreiberin wusste angeblich nichts über die Buchung die ich über Expedia gebucht habe, aber ich hatte es schriftlich. Sie reagierte ganz komisch und redete nicht gut über diese Buchungsart. Dann wurde zweimal gefragt ob bezahlt wurde, was ich belegen konnte. Dann beim Einchecken wurde nicht nach Namen und Personalausweis gefragt, was eigentlich üblich ist. Also wussten die gar nicht wer da ein und ausgeht unser Eindruck. Das andere denke ich mir, irgendwie alles sehr komisch dort. Nur schade das wir unser Erspartes zum Fenster raus geschmissen haben. Aber ich kann es nicht empfehlen laut, schmutzig, kalt und nicht das bekommen was man gebucht hat.
