A lovely little place to stay, clean, comfy and warm. Very near to Bailgate only a short walk away. Only thing we struggled with was getting in but worked it out in the end. Would recommend to anyone. Many thanks.

The property was very quirky and modern and only 5 mins walk from the Cathedral quarter. Our stay was very comfortable and everything we needed in the property was there. A Fabulous place to stay and very reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend, and will be back when we visit Lincoln again.

The BnB was very easy to find and the instructions were simple to enter my room. The room was clean and loved the country details, i would recommend to stay again. The only thing i had a problem with was paying for the room on arrival as no staff was around to collect on the day.
