Toilet was broke shower head didn’t stay in position when water running so it was disappointing informed desk but nothing done. We like staying there if it had been for more than one night we would have insisted on moving rooms won’t put us off in future it’s convenient for us

Booked a deluxe double room which was excellent with a very comfy bed and pillows. Window kept out all the noise from the bypass. Will definitely book to stay at this hotel when we visit family again. Highly recommend.
