• LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)

• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave

Rick was VERY responsive with any questions. The apt is nicely decorated, but what really impressed me was the efficient use of space. Everything a typical guest could need has been thought about and prepared for. We were unluckly with an ice storm/rain one day during our stay and the TV had an abundance of channels and streaming options to keep us entertained. Would definitely stay again in the future.
