Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I need a refund. The owner never reached out. We waited for a few hours till way past checkin and they never responded. The location was difficult to find. On top of that any call to Expedia customer service lead to Virbo's customer service which ended in an automated response saying my number could not be found. Terrible, terrible experience!
