Stayed to celebrate my birthday. The hotel went above and beyond to make it a memorable occasion with a beautiful birthday cake and extra drinks. So very kind and thoughtful. All staff were very pleasant and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Met my expectations and more. In the past few years, I stayed at the hotel multiple times. The prices have raised by 300% during that time period and very little has been done in renovating both the rooms and the exterior layout of the hotel if I used to recommend it to others, I will no longer do so. I have to say that one or two person from the staff at The Reception are very nice and attentive. To summarize, value for money is no longer appreciated in this hotel.

There was never parking onsite and we had to constantly park across the road which was a bit of a pain. It was also a struggle to dry our pool clothes as we had no balcony. Other than that, all good!

The property requires updates, and certain areas need more attention to safety and cleanliness. For instance, the spa entrance and the ramp leading to the pool can be slippery and pose a risk of falls. It’s important that these areas are consistently cleaned to prevent accidents. Additionally, the carpets in the hallways have a musty odor, which is unpleasant. While some staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful, others seem more focused on financial matters than guest experience. Front desk staff, in particular, could be more welcoming; greetings like “good morning” or “good evening” were often overlooked. Many of the team members appear to be still in training, and resolving issues can be challenging without suggesting solutions yourself. This made the check-in process more stressful than expected. Very defensive way to treat travelers.

Great hotel with a lovely bay yo swim. Room had a wonderful view night and day and Latin night music was fun. Breakfast was delicious with grea omelette. Highlight was visiting Kai Sushi Restaurant, really wortj a visit. One of the best desserts i have had in my life!

A really nice hotel on the right side of the main beach road across Limassol for the beach. The facilities are great and the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. We came in late April, which was relaxed and warm enough for our trip to be fun.
