Yarrowood is a relaxed country retreat set directly opposite Lake Nillahcootie, offering an easy base for weekends away, family holidays or longer regional stays. Quietly positioned yet well connected, the property sits within comfortable reach of Mansfield and Benalla, making it easy to balance lakeside downtime with town conveniences.



A private swimming pool adds another highlight to the stay, ideal for warm days spent swimming, floating or keeping the kids entertained while the adults relax nearby. With the lake just across the road, days can be as active or as slow as you like.



Inside, the home is warm, welcoming and thoughtfully set up for groups of up to eight guests. Everything in the home is brand new, offering a fresh, comfortable stay with modern finishes and practical inclusions throughout.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped for shared meals and easy entertaining, featuring a coffee machine, electric oven with gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a large walk-in pantry. Families are well catered for with kids’ plates, cups and bowls, along with a high chair.



Living spaces are designed for year-round comfort, with a cosy wood heater for cooler months, two reverse-cycle air conditioners, WiFi and a smart TV. Step outside to fire up the large BBQ and enjoy relaxed outdoor meals, or wind down poolside after a day exploring the lake and surrounds.



Accommodation is spread across four comfortable bedrooms, sleeping up to eight guests:

- Main bedroom with queen sized bed, ensuite and walk-in robe

- Bedroom two with queen sized bed and wardrobe

- Bedroom three with queen sized bed and wardrobe

- Bedroom four with two single beds, ideal for children or friends



The main bathroom and ensuite are both equipped with hair-dryers. The laundry includes a washer dryer combo, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and an outdoor washing line, making longer stays easy and practical.



For your convenience, pool towels are provided in the laundry and we kindly ask that white bathroom towels are kept indoors. On departure, simply leave used towels in the bathroom and relax knowing our cleaning team will take care of the beds for you.



With Lake Nillahcootie at your doorstep, a private swimming pool at home and regional towns close by, Yarrowood is a relaxed, family-friendly escape with space to slow down, reconnect and enjoy the setting.
